Online Services
- All sales of online services are final. No refunds will be issued.
Facial Services
- Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our facial treatments, refunds will not be provided for any facial services.
Retail Products
- Allergic Reactions: Refunds for retail products will only be considered if an allergic reaction occurs within the first 7 days of purchase. Proof of reaction and purchase must be provided.
- After 7 Days: Store credit or an exchange may be offered for allergic reactions reported after the initial 7 days.
- Opened Products: No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided for any opened products unless an allergic reaction as described above has occurred.
